How to Approve and Reject Multiple Entry Activities

To approve or reject multiple entry activities, open your event from the events list and scroll to your list of submitted activities. 

From this view, you can see the status of the activity (submitted, approved, rejected, complete), date/time the activity was created or modified and the user that created the activity. 

 

 

Click the View Result button to review your submitted activity. 

 

 

Once you have reviewed your activity, select approve or reject. 

 

 

If you select reject, a pop up will display for you to enter a reason for rejection. 

 

 

You will be returned to the event details page and the status of your activities will be updated to reflect approval and rejection. 

 

 

If you hover your cursor over the "i" next to rejected, a pop up will display with the reason for rejection.
